Snow Sports Director
Group/Company Director for the Waterpark

DESCRIPTION Full time year round position available. In the winter time responsible for all aspects of leadership, administration and staff management of the Snowsports School. In the summer time group director for all group & company outings at the water park.

REQUIREMENTS Seeking an industry professional with a minimum of PSIA II and 10+ years of instructing/coaching experience. Full time year round position available with work as group/company director for our water park in the summer time. Must have experience in the Ski industry, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), & great leadership skills. Highly motivated, outgoing individual who will be responsible for all aspects of leadership, administration, staff management and guest interaction regarding all Snowsports School programs and group and company outings. Manage all functions of operation of Snowsports School. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness of records generated in Snowsports School area. Oversee Snowsports School Supervisors and Instructors to adequately staff, schedule and assign Snowsports School lessons and programs. Oversee new instructor training program, organize and administer continuing training and education programs and clinics for Snowsports School staff.

PSIA Level II qualifications necessary, familiarity with AASI helpful.

Chair Lift Operators - Must be 16 or older, energetic, willing to work outside in all conditions, enjoy working with the public, and posses a great work ethic. Day, Evening and Weekend shifts are available.

Food & Beverage - Great shifts available in our cafeteria line and Eagle's Nest Bar and Grill including Days, Evenings, and Weekends. These are great positions for those who love the environment, have a great work ethic, want to work with the public, have high energy, and want to work indoors this winter. Food Service workers also receive one free meal during each shift they work.

Ski / SB Rental Shop Technicians - If you are good with numbers, pay close attention to detail, are energetic, want to work positively with the public, and want to work indoors, the Rental Shop may be ideal for you. We currently have Day, Evening, and Weekend positions available and we'll train and certify you!

Maintenance & Snow Making - "The Few the Proud", the Snow Makers. If you’re strong, tough, and positive (and love working with water in sub freezing temps) you could possibly make it as a snow maker! Day and Over Night positions are currently available.

Snow Tubing Attendants - Snow tubing won't open until about Thanksgiving, but we could get you in another department prior to opening. Attendants here will be working outdoors in all conditions and must feel comfortable working with the public, have plenty of energy, and a great work ethic. Positions will be available during the season Fri - Sunday as and some weekdays.

Equipment Corral - This is a great opportunity for younger workers. If you want to get in the door, learn about the business, and get the same great winter season benefits, the Corral is a great place to Start. You have to be good with numbers, accurate and organized, have a positive attitude and be able to make eye contact and talk positively to our guests.

Ticket Counter - If you want to be at the center of everything, have great guest service skills, are positive, organized and accurate, this sales position will be awesome for you! Evening and weekend positions are currently available for a few "great" applicants.

Ski & SB Instructors - If you love to ski or snowboard and would enjoy teaching these great life long sports to others, we have a great position for you.

*All Summer positions require weekend availability.
